About Me

I've always enjoyed understanding how things work, which naturally led me to engineering. I like taking an idea from a sketch or concept and turning it into something real. Whether it's designing a PCB, programming a microcontroller, or creating a CAD model, I enjoy the process of learning, building, and improving with every project.

My Journey

What started as curiosity has grown into a passion for engineering. From personal projects to undergraduate research, I've enjoyed challenging myself with new ideas and learning something from every project I take on.

My Approach

I don't expect every project to work perfectly the first time, and that's part of what makes engineering enjoyable. I like learning through trial and error, improving my designs, and finding better ways to solve problems along the way.

Polymer Composites Research Assistant

California State University, Monterey Bay (Mechatronics Engineering)

November 2025 - Present
  • Process and incorporate eco-friendly, bio-based materials into LDPE (low-density polyethylene) systems to support sustainable material development.
  • Formulated multi-mesh sieve sorting criteria (63µm, 125µm, 250µm) and operated laboratory mixing extruders alongside injection molding equipment to fabricate standardized dog-bone tensile test specimens.
  • Conducted over 600 independent mechanical stress trials utilizing an Instron 68TM-30 Universal Testing Machine to chart Elastic modulus, tensile strength, and elongation behaviors.
